1. About our content

Just the Stewarts shares marriage and relationship content for inspiration, encouragement, and entertainment. Tra and Larry Stewart hold marriage counseling certificates, but nothing on the Site, our social media, or at our events is professional counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. We don't have a counselor–client relationship with you. If your marriage involves abuse, safety concerns, or a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it, or use it to send spam or harmful code.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, videos, logos, the Just the Stewarts name, and the Sunsets & Second Chances name — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may share links to our content and repost it on social media with credit to @justthestewarts. You may not copy, sell, or use our content, names, or likeness commercially without written permission.

4. Retreats and events

Retreats, including Sunsets & Second Chances, are booked and managed through our travel partner, BeCome Travel. Your booking is also subject to the terms, payment schedule, and cancellation policy shown on the retreat's booking page, along with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Participation in travel and activities (including ATV rides, swimming, and boat excursions) involves inherent risks. You may be asked to sign a separate participation waiver before attending.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and platforms, such as Instagram and BeCome Travel. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any content will produce a particular result in your relationship. We may update or remove content at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just the Stewarts and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
